On the other side of the coin, when a roofing company installs a quality shingle but uses inferior nails or underlayment, issues will arise sooner rather than later. The same goes for a roof repair where covering up the problem doesn’t solve it. We focus on the overall installation or repair process, using quality materials as they were intended to be used.

Roofing Options

If your roof is beyond the age it can be repaired further, we offer several great residential roofing options.

Asphalt shingles. One of the most popular roof replacement options continues to be asphalt shingles.
Metal roofing. Metal roofing is no longer the corrugated tin roof you may picture from years ago. It’s available in many colors, many of which are ENERGY STAR®-rated.
Tile roofing. Today’s tile roofing comes in a variety of colors and can mimic slate or shake. It offers great insulation properties from both weather and sound.
Wood shakes. Although cedar shake is popular, it requires a great deal of maintenance – which is why we offer an artificial cedar shake that looks like the real thing but is easier to maintain.

Tear off

A tear off is generally defined as removing the entire existing roof system down to the wood deck and installing a new roof system. This process has advantages over a re-roof. Your home’s value will increase, and we’ll be able to visually inspect some of the most important parts of your roof. We will also be able replace ice and water shields, new underlayment, roof to wall flashings and skylight flashings. While a tear off is more expensive than a re-roof, you’ll get a better quality roof that lasts longer by choosing a tear off.

Re-roof

A re-roof or also know as a Re-cover is generally defined as installing shingles over shingles. Whether or not you qualify for a re-roof depends on how many layers of shingles your roof already has, as well as, the current condition of your existing roof. While a re-roof is less expensive because of less labor, less materials and less debris, it eliminates options and there is no visual inspection. We won’t be able to inspect the most important parts of the roof, and we won’t be able to apply shields or flashings. We will be able to explain your options more thoroughly through our free estimate.

New Construction

Are you building a new home? Have a new addition to your current home? Or a new shed or barn? We work with developers, home builders and homeowners to offer new construction roofing services. Roofs are only as good as the contractors who install them. When we perform a new construction roofing installation, we do it right the first time by using quality roofing products and highly skilled roofing technicians.

Standing Seam Metal

Standing seam metal roofs are fully interlocking roof system. It’s unique mechanical-lock design forms a weather-tight unit, and unlike some other types of metal panel roofs, no rivets or screws are exposed on the surface panels. We can install a standing seam metal roof on a new construction or it can possibly be applied over an existing roof.

We offer affordable pressure washing for your roof to remove problematic algae, mold, dirt and grime. Roof cleaning is a hugely important part of home maintenance and may be the most important part of roof maintenance. Keeping your roof clean prevents decay, which can lead to expensive repairs or even a complete replacement of your roofing. We will pressure wash your roof to extend the lifespan of your roofing and help your roof stay more functional for a longer period of time.
